When will sessions be?
Sessions are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. You will schedule your sessions within this time frame on a day and time that works best for you.
How do I schedule my sessions?

You can schedule as far in advance as you’d like as long as it’s open on the calendar (usually 60 days at most).
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, no biggie! You can also do this through Calendly (same link above). Just make sure to give me at least 24 hours notice.
How are the sessions broken down?
Sessions will be weekly or biweekly 45-minute Zoom calls and the topics covered will depend on the individual and his or her goals. Prior to each session, you will be given a questionnaire or handout to be completed 24 hours prior to your session related to the specific topic we will be covering. We will usually begin each session by reviewing the questionnaire/handout & I will answer any of your questions or concerns. We will then move to an educational component (with visuals) to help you understand concepts before we set goals and action steps!
How will payments be made?
There are several investment options available for my ALL-IN 1:1 Holistic Health Coaching program. Once you’ve decided on one, you will receive a link to the checkout page where you’ll be able to make your payment. If you’re paying monthly, the amount will automatically be charged on the same day every month. It’s simple & easy!
What do I need in order to be successful?
Patience: Don’t expect to see results right away. Remember, this is a PROCESS.
An Open Mind: Be open to exploring & experimenting. You didn’t invest in this program for everything to be the same after graduating.
Be Honest: the more open & honest you are with me, the better I can help you.
Do your Homework: Completing the Action Steps between sessions is CRUCIAL to your success in this program.
A Positive Attitude: we want to substitute can do ways for can’t do attitudes! Get excited!!!

What if I graduate from the program & feel like I’ve made no progress?
While there are no guarantees, I feel VERY confident that if you SHOW UP and put in the work and the effort, you should have no problem seeing progress. If you feel that I have outlined the program in a way that isn’t helpful for you, we can absolutely adjust along the way. Feel free to let me know at any time!

What if I decide I need more time with you? Can we extend the program?
Yes, absolutely! If we start with 3 months and you feel you need more support, we can definitely add on. The monthly rate will remain the same :)

Yasss! If you refer a friend or family member to me, I’ve got something pretty sweet for you! Once they sign a contract, you will receive an additional 45 MINUTE ZOOM SESSION along with 2 FULL WEEKS of Voxer access on me! You can use it anytime within 6 months of your graduation date!
